Pallet, our 2015 Best of the Bounty award winner, returns to Celebrate the Bounty on Thursday, October 13th, at Rico’s Warehouse and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the table!

The name Pallet is a reference to the loading dock of Salt Lake City’s first creamery, which was located where Pallet now thrives. Keeping that history, but updating the space with reclaimed wood floors, plush, communal seating and atmospheric lighting, dining at Pallet is a feast for all one’s senses.

You won’t want to miss out on this award winning restaurant’s contribution to Celebrate the Bounty -- be sure to get your tickets today, so you can be first in line!

Tickets are on sale now at www.24tix.com. $65 for food and beverage, $55 for food only.

Red Iguana has made headlines all across the nation. From starring on Food Network’s, “Diners, Dives, and Drive-Ins” to being the focus of a New York Times case study, Red Iguana is one of Salt Lake City’s best known restaurants. These hometown heroes, while being one of the most decorated restaurants, continue to partner in the Local First Movement, and support a number of other civic and charitable causes.

Their world famous mole is only one element of their menu, and at Celebrate the Bounty they’ll be serving Snake River Farms beef cheek taco - handmade corn tortilla, onion, cilantro, salsa verde, housemade queso fresco.

Join us on Thursday, October 13th, at Rico’s Warehouse for Celebrate the Bounty!

In just two short years, Even Stevens has taken the “fast casual” dining world in Utah by storm. But, don’t let the fast casual notion dissuade you – their sandwiches are good. In fact, they are more than good. Even Stevens makes the kind of sandwiches that require a few extra vowels tossed in to precisely express how great they taste. Their sandwiches are gooooooood.

With stores from Logan to St. George, each of their locations is tailor-made to the community they are located. Plus, the Even Stevens motto, “Eat to Give” is in full effect in each of these towns. Central to business operations is the desire to give back to the community. For every sandwich purchased in one of their stores, a sandwich is given to local non-profit.  Each location gives back to three specified charities in their community. Six stores + 18 charities = 746,801 sandwiches donated to date.

We’re proud of the work that Even Stevens is doing in Utah, filling a whole lot of empty bellies, and using a menagerie of local products all at the same time.

Join us, and Even Stevens, at Celebrate the Bounty, Local First Utah’s annual fundraiser, which takes place on Thursday, October 13th at Ricos Warehouse in Salt Lake City.

Only a handful of years ago, mentioning Utah-made wine in a conversation would have brought about quizzical looks and possibly even a handful of laughs. But, we always have been a state driven by a pioneering spirit, and a number of independent businesses have led the way in crafting delicious wines right here in the Beehive State.

One of those pioneers is IG Winery. Based in Cedar City, we’re delighted to feature their wines at this year’s Celebrate the Bounty, Local First Utah’s annual fundraiser.

From The Tempest, a whirling blend that pays homage to the Utah Shakespeare Festival, to their Roussanne, an award winning “white wine for red wine drinkers” to their decadent dessert wine, IG Winery has a wine for every palate.

Make sure to get your tickets to Celebrate the Bounty so you too can sample these remarkable, local wines.

Celebrate the Bounty is Thursday, October 13th from 7 – 10 pm at Rico’s Warehouse in Salt Lake City.

Tickets are on sale now at www.24tix.com. $65 for food and beverage, $55 for food only.

There is rarely a summer evening when you won’t find folks of all kinds spilling out of Dolcetti Gelato’s 9th & 9th location, with waffle cones in hand and smile kissed faces as they indulge in sweet and rich gelato.

As the weather cools, inside of Dolcetti’s artfully graffitied shop people gather around captivating shadow box style tables filled with gadgets, gizmos, whoozits, whatzits and more than a few thingamabobs.

Owned by Mark and Elizabeth England, and started in 2006, Dolcetti has brought a little taste of Italy right here to Salt Lake City. In addition to gelato, Dolcetti offers a wide variety, macaroons, teas, and espresso.

We are so glad Dolcetti will once again be joining us at Celebrate the Bounty, offering sweet samples of their handcrafted gelato.

Join us for Celebrate the Bounty on Thursday, October 13th from 7-10 pm at Ricos Warehouse in Salt Lake City.

Celebrate the Bounty is about more than just food. Sure, there are a lot of amazing dishes from more than a dozen locally owned restaurants to dine on at the party, but there are also spectacular items in our silent auction.

Consisting entirely of donations from locally owned independent retailers, restaurants and service providers (salon packages, anyone??) our silent auction is full to the brim with unique items you won’t find anywhere else.

A “Sexy Susan” from Iron Rose Collection? Yep, that will be up for auction.

A spa experience from the Basalt Day Spa? Plan on bidding on that little slice of luxury.

Gift cards from all of our participating restaurants? Yeah. That will be helpful as you discover new favorite restaurants at Celebrate the Bounty.

New books, great shoes, theater experiences and … well you get the idea.

All proceeds from our silent auction go directly toward accomplishing the Local First Utah mission of educating the public, government and business owners themselves about the value and vitality of locally owned, independent businesses to our economies and communities. So it’s a great way to support the “buy local” movement in Utah, and take home something lovely!

If your business would like to donate to the silent auction, please contact .

Pallet won last year’s “Best of the Bounty – Savory” and we’re excited to have these award winners back at Celebrate the Bounty.

Celebrate the Bounty is Local First Utah’s annual fundraiser and gala event. Join us on Thursday, October 15th from 7 – 10 pm at Ricos Warehouse (545 West 700 South) in Salt Lake City. Tickets are on sale now at www.24tix.comFood and beverage tickets are available for $65 and food only tickets are available for $55.

Pallet is located in a restored brick building built in 1901, which served for many years as the a busy loading dock for Salt Lake Valley’s first creamery. The rough edges of the location have been artfully hewn away, and Pallet now offers Salt Lake City a romantically ambient urban dining experience.

We can't wait to try their dish for this year’s Celebrate the Bounty, Butternut Squash with Apples, Puff Pastry, and Bacon.
