BURN is a Pilates, TRX, and Circuit Training studio that provides high-intensity small group training classes in a fun, hip, safe, and effective training atmosphere. Our group training classes are one hour in length and designed to work your entire body using minimal equipment to increase core strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance for any fitness level or ability. BURN's small group classes provide you with the accountability, attention, and results of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. We do offer private sessions for clients seeking true one-on-one training. We help everyone from elite athletes to fitness beginners BURN fat while strengthening and toning muscles.
