If you ever have the opportunity to meet John and Casee Francis of Amour Spreads or Pat Ford and Tim Welsh of Beehive Cheese, you’ll begin to understand how much love the put into each and every batch of their award-winning jams and cheeses.
Each of these businesses are known for the quality of their product because of their careful selection of premier ingredients. The Francises can regularly be seen picking up boxes of locally grown produce to use in their next batch of jams. Beehive Cheese is produced with milk from a creamery with in walking distance of the homes of the cheese makers themselves.
The high quality of both Amour Spreads and Beehive Cheese is possible because their production is limited to small batches, allowing for careful oversight and the creation of a product that for both businesses have made them national award winners.
