En Route Movement is a Movement studio in Salt Lake City offering private and small group Pilates, Yoga, GYROTONIC® lessons. We also offer Massage Therapy, Esthetics and clothing in our historic Marmalade District Studio. Our teachers are professionally trained and certified, and consistently participate in professional development . Each lesson is tailored to the individual clients needs. We would be happy to discuss which movement therapy would be best suited for your personal needs and goals. Our clients range in age and ability and come to En Route for postural support, alignment issues, professional athletic training, pre and postnatal exercise, whole body strength, balance, coordination, and overall fitness. En Route offers a private, welcoming environment for our clients to learn and grow. We keep classes small to insure individual attention, and are committed to our clients overall well-being. We have a full schedule of small group classes and offer private lessons by appointment .
