The Community Co-op specializes in bringing local, fresh food to people all over the Wasatch Front at significant savings. Anyone can benefit in one of two ways: 1) We do online ordering at www.thecommunitycoop.org. We do two orders/pick-ups a month. Pick up your order at a convenient site in your neighborhood twice a month. We offer things like like a Standard Share, which has 8 varieties of fruit, 8 varieties of vegetables, 2lbs of boneless, skinless chicken, 2 lbs of 85/15 ground beef, 2 lbs of bacon and a loaf of Stoneground honey wheat bread - all for just $27.00! A family can eat for a week for that low price. We also offer specialty items from local food producers at great prices. 2) We have Market Sales Mondays and Thursdays, 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. at our warehouse, 1726 S. 700 W. in Salt Lake City. An indoor, fun farmers' market-like sale with fresh produce, meats, dairy and bread, as well as other items. Save on your groceries while having fun shopping!
