At nU Nooz we make bronze die extruded, cut, and rolled pastas the old way - slowly and by hand with local ingredients. We are a little different than mass-produced pastas and you'll know it when you touch and savor our pasta. Their pastas are made using only Durum Wheat Semolina and shaped with plastic dies that leave a smooth surface and slippery, watery pasta. Our pastas use all local ingredients such as Utah Hard Red Wheat, Durum Semolina that is milled here in Utah, Redmond Real Salt, and a few of our pastas have farm-fresh eggs from free-range heritage chickens. The classic old-fashioned rough surface of our pasta holds sauce, making for both better tasting and eating experiences.
